By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Welcome to Open Passage Tours. By booking travel with Open Passage Tours ("Open Passage Tours," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Agreement
A reservation becomes effective once your registration is accepted and any required deposit has been received. The individual completing the reservation confirms they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
All travelers are responsible for understanding these Terms before making a reservation.
2. Independent Travel Advisor
Open Passage Tours is an independent travel advisor affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network.
We arrange travel services provided by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, attractions, and other travel suppliers.
Open Passage Tours does not own or operate these suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, cancellations, schedule changes, equipment substitutions, overbookings, labor disputes, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.
3. Pricing
Prices are based on rates available at the time a trip is published.
Until your reservation is confirmed, pricing is subject to change due to:

Taxes and government fees

Supplier pricing updates

Availability
Published prices are typically based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
Single occupancy upgrades may be available for an additional cost.
4. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve your space.
Payment schedules will be provided during booking.
Failure to make payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of previously paid amounts according to supplier policies.
Accepted payment methods are processed securely through our booking partners.
5. Cancellations by Traveler
Cancellation penalties vary by supplier and by trip.
Any refunds are subject to:

Open Passage Tours will assist travelers in working with suppliers to obtain available alternatives or refunds when permitted by supplier policies.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Group Travel
Some of our trips are designed as small group experiences.
Minimum participation requirements apply to certain departures.
If minimum participation is not met, Open Passage Tours reserves the right to:

Equivalent experiences may be substituted without prior notice.
10. Passport & Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining:

Most international destinations require passports valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
No refunds will be issued for denied boarding or denied entry due to improper documentation.
11. Travel Insurance

Open Passage Tours cannot guarantee accessibility at every destination.
13. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks including:

Weather conditions

Civil unrest
By participating, travelers voluntarily accept these risks.
14. Traveler Conduct
We strive to create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Open Passage Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip, without refund, whose behavior is:

Harassing

Excessively intoxicated

Threatening to other travelers or staff
Any costs resulting from removal are the traveler's responsibility.
15. Photography & Marketing
During group travel, photos and video may be taken.
Unless you notify us in writing before departure, you grant Open Passage Tours permission to use photographs or video featuring you for promotional purposes, including:

Advertising

Marketing materials
No compensation will be provided for such use.
16. Force Majeure
Open Passage Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

No refunds beyond those offered by suppliers will be required.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Passage Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any trip.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Open Passage Tours for travel arrangements.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
19. Acceptance
By submitting payment, completing registration, or participating in an Open Passage Tour, each traveler acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
